补充信息
and ,...also... ,...too ,...as well ,Beside,...
（1）and是英美日常生活里native speakers表示并列或者补充信息时最常用的，也是听起来最自然的词。如：
I enjoy working with children and I probably need some more experience before I go on a really challenging trip.
（2）also，too和as well也都很实用，also在口语里一般出现在句子中间，而too和as well在句子结尾出现较多。如：
We may also do some interviewing away from the site.
（3）Besides,...在口语里经常出现在句子开头，用来给出补充信息。如：
I don’t really want to go. Beside, it’s too late now.

因果
......because , ...so... , therefore
（1）一句话里用了because，就不要在用so，它们在同一个意群里不兼容。
eg：Many small local shops have closed because customers go to large shopping centers to do their shopping.
（2）therefore可以在Part3的深入讨论里适当使用1～2次，频率过多会让考官产生压迫感。

举例
like , such as... , For example,... , ...and stuff like that , ...and things like that
(1)除了For example,.../such as这两个实用的举例方式之外，“like+名词”也是英美生活里的“举例神器”。如：
More and more tourists are visiting places where conditions are difficult, such as the Sahara dessert or the Antarctic.
I’m into fantasy novels like Harry Potter and The Hunger Games.

But... , However,...
(1)表示转折，这两个说法都可以，在口语里but要比however更常用。

条件
If... , ...as long as...
(1)If 就是口语里表示如果最自然的词。如：
If we can control the number of cars on the road, we can reduce traffic jams and delays.
（2）as long as是“只要......”的意思。如：
I don't care who you are, where you’re from or what you did, as long as you love me.

对比
On the other hand,... , by contrast...
(1)On the other hand,...(另一方面，......）
eg:My job is quite stressful. On the other hand, it plays well.
(2)while特别在Part 3里使用1～2次完全可以，且效果自然，切记一直重复使用。
eg:I do most of the housework while Amanda only does the dishes.
(3)By contrast...也很适合在Part 3的深入讨论部分里引出两种人或者两种事物之间的对比。
eg：Men think of shopping as a task. By contrast，women think of shopping as a hobby.

让步
Although...,...
(1)although...,...是“尽管”的意思。如：
Although Denmark seems the obvious place to go, I’d like to spend the time in Iceland.

rather than , instead of
(1)rather than和instead of都表示“而不是...”如:
Many history programmes focus on opinion rather than fact.
Developed countries should help developing countries improve their education system instead of justgiving them money.
